I absolutely love this first picture. kaida doesn't quite know what to think about the grass...thats one of the reasons why i was able to get this picture...she's not sure if she wants to walk on it or not. which is fine by me...im not a huge fan of the grass here...too many dogs arround if you know what i mean. I also got a couple new accessories for our camera....one of which is a remote. so now I get to be in the picture too. lucky for you...now you get to enjoy not only cute kaida, but my beautimus face too. happy happy joy joy.

im ready

...to be home!! the last couple of days have been very long and boring....making me miss home a lot. we usually spend our days inside with the A/C blasting, its like cabin fever. its nice to get out every once in a while...but its just been too dang hot!! so today i sucked it up and we went to the pool with aunty ash. we had some fun. Garett works all day today...from 9am-10pm so it makes for a long day! 34 more days left

the luckey 'one'

this week kaida has been glued to her doll. it is so funny....she just started to walk and she has to carry this doll that is half her size...everywhere we go! she crashes so much....but as long as she has her baby, its ok. the second picture is how i found her sleeping yesterday....so funny. she was so upset and cryed the whole time she was in the bath cause the baby couldnt come in. she knows love...this little girl

take me out to the ballgame!!

here we are....at our first baseball game. the kansas city royals played the new york yankees. it was the most fun ive had since we have been here. garett was able to take work off early to come so it was good to do something together. we had some sweet seats.

we got the "ALL YOU CAN EAT" seats. we had hot dogs, nachos, pop, nuts, pop corn....it was awesome!! kaida LOVED the nachos....we fed them to her after they were a little soggy so she wouldnt choke on them. she had nacho cheese all over her face.

was flirting with the boys behind us in this picture. after 3 1/2 hours, the game was over and kaida didnt show any signs of being tired. she had a late, but fun night

theft

ok....so i stole an extra sucker from the bank....no big deal. kaida enjoyed this one after dinner the other night. she loves to palm it

kaida will have an accident in her diaper when im not there to catch her in time...but for the most part she is still sitting on the toilet....wa hoo!!

lets go to the park

yesterday after church we took kaida to the park in front of our house. she loved the swing....she giggled the whole time. we didnt think it was very hot out, but it was. we only lasted about 15 minutes. the rest of the day we just hung out in our air conditioned appartment.....fun eh

resolution

Ok....I know i have told a few people that i would post somthing new everyday...and i sure haven't been doing that very good. you would think on one of the most boring weeks of the summer that i would have all the time in the world to post....i guess im lazy....but i am going to try and work on that this week. i have been faithfully doing my windsor pilates every morning....trying to get my body back. and to add on top of that...garett started comming to the gym with me. he helps me get my heart rate up and keep it up for a good 20 min before giving up (usually happends after 5 min). he wasn't able to go today due to an ankle sprain injury from playing floor/knee hockey last night with curt....bunch of little boys! kaida is as cute as ever. she has really got this walking thing under control...she just walks arround the house all day like she's the biggest girl...and not to mention that she is getting her first molar. im so excited...that means she will be able to eat more stuff soon!! I have to say that being a mom is one of the funnest and most rewarding things ever...I LOVE IT!! we are watching the last episode of dawsons creek as we speak...which means i get to start it all over again tomorrow...thats exciting eh!! Garetts job is going good....he is still number 1 in the office....he always had doubts but i knew he could do it!! we dont get to see him that much, which makes it that much more exciting to get home! only 5 more weeks...i have been on the count down for some time now!!
anyways...we miss everyone.... and i will do my best to keep in touch...through this wonderful blog everday.

today kaida and dad were all excited to go hot tubbing, but they said it was closed because it had too many chemicals in it....so we came home and had our own hot tub. two little kids having too much fun
